The Gin for People who THINK they aren’t Gin Drinkers! We start with local jasmine rice that has been grown in the Sacramento Region and process it through our 23-plate column still. This gives us the perfectly clean base spirit to add citrus and botanicals. We then macerate the 7 ingredients until we feel that peak flavor has been achieved from all ingredients. As the name says, this is not a dry style gin and is considered very approachable for those that do not enjoy a heavy juniper forward gin.

Tasting Notes: This gin was designed to be balanced and approachable. The light fresh juniper notes are quickly accompanied by bright citrus notes from the lemon and grapefruit. A light coriander spice is present before the cooling finish from the fresh cucumber. This spirit makes a beautiful gin sour, or simply mixed with your favorite tonic.
