The Barrel Club is a unique experience for our members to be a part of distilling their own spirit from start to finish. We welcome individual members, or groups of up to 5 people to join us in creating a private barrel of spirit that will be aged here at the distillery for you! You will be a part of the full distilling process, barreling your spirit, and eventually bottling. We will age your spirit in a 5 gallon barrel for any length of time up to 2 years on our barrel wall inside the Midtown Spirits Bar and Restaurant. You will be able to taste your spirit from time to time (advance notice required), and you will decide when you feel it is done aging. Depending on how long you choose to age your spirit (and how many times you would like to sample it), this will result in up to 23 bottles of barrel proof spirit (29 bottles of 80 proof spirit). You will also be able to keep the empty barrel once we are done bottling. (Returning members are welcome to re-use this barrel to impart a one of a kind aging on their next spirit and reduce the cost by $150.)
