Our first Aged Rum release! Our Aged Rum is pot distilled from demerara sugar and pure blackstrap molasses, then aged in 10 gallon new American Oak Barrels. Perfect for sipping over a large cube, or try it as a Rum Old Fashioned.
Tasting Notes: Sweetness from the distilled sugarcane, slight funky notes classic of a Jamaican style rum. Vanilla and Oak are strong notes from the time spent in the new Barrel.
