This is our Spring take on a French 75. Made in house with our Seasonal Spring Gin, but also phenomenal with our Midtown Gin.
2 OZ MIDTOWN SPIRITS SPRING GIN OR MIDTOWN GIN
.5 OZ ROSEMARY LAVENDAR SYRUP
.75 OZ LEMON JUICE
TOPPED WITH PROSECCO
Combine Gin, Syrup, and Lemon Juice in a mixing glass over ice. Stir well to chill, and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
*To make the Rosemary-Lavender Simple Syrup Boil
.5 lb white sugar, .25 lb water, .5 cup dried rosemary, .25 cup dried lavender. Use a fine mesh strainer to remove the used rosemary and lavender before using.
