DAISY DOUX

 

The Daisy Doux is the ideal cocktail to show off the Spring Blossom with a gentle citrus finish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 OZ MIDTOWN GIN

  • .75 OZ LEMON JUICE

  • .75 OZ ROSEMARY LAVENDER SYRUP

  • .25 OZ CHERRY JUICE

  • 2.25 OZ SODA WATER

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a 12 oz jar or glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cocktail cherry.

*To make the Rosemary-Lavender Simple Syrup Boil
.5 lb white sugar, .25 lb water, .5 cup dried rosemary, .25 cup dried lavender. Use a fine mesh strainer to remove the used rosemary and lavender before using.
