While not as well known as the Dirty Martini, this savory classic lends a sophisticated twist to any cocktail party. (or brunch, we’re not judging)
INGREDIENTS:
1.75 OZ MIDTOWN GIN OR CLASSIC VODKA
1.25 OZ DRY VERMOUTH
.5 OZ COCKTAIL ONION BRINE (OPTIONAL)
COCKTAIL ONIONS FOR GARNISH
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for a minimum of 20 seconds to chill the cocktail. Strain into a coupe of martini glass. Garnish with cocktail onions.
